Ok... So I did not love the first one and I was skeptical about whether I would be disappointed with Barely Breathing. I totally wasn't disappointed! I am soooo happy I read it. All the characters took on new depths and came "alive" to me. I still felt like I wanted to shake Emma and tell her to snap the hell out of it. The only thing that threw me a bit was at the F Valentines Day party.. I got so confused with why they were swimming in a pool and sleeping on lawn chairs in the middle of freezing February?? I actually had to flip back and make sure I didn't miss a season change! That was odd.. But all in all I really enjoyed this book and look forward to evan's pov!!! And p.s.- jonathan... Didn't get this guy. I think the whole thing is a tad creepy!
